The future introduction of modular construction, will further shorten construction schedules, increase the quality of buildings and bolster the bottom line. At Exeter our goal is to prefabricate (where possible) the maximum number of component parts in order to enable us to effectively assemble rather than build the building.
Factory precision allows for rapid assembly. Faster assembly mean owner cost and earlier occupancy. Customer ready buildings often happen within half the time of traditional building methods
